I got approved for DTV from Tel Aviv, now we’re back in thailand and want to submit for my spouse. If we go to Laos, Vientiane, i see they require an interview, is this also for the spouse and children followers ?

yep, they have to be there with you when you apply because you upload their proof they're in that country to use the consulates there,

then you go all go in person to pay and they'll tell you when you come for the interview

they'll have to be there too because they are the ones applying for the DTV
