i’m asking for a friend. They know nothing about DTV and aren’t good paperwork and bureaucracy. I’m not familiar with it either. They aren’t good with facebook, they live a very simple life.

So looking for an agency that can connect with that would be able to get them signed up with a school/ or gym/ or cooking wtvr the options are. And then submit all the paperwork for them.
