TLDR : Answer Summary
To register your 90-day report in Rawai, Phuket, you need to visit your local immigration office in person. It is advisable to bring the following documents: a copy of your passport, a copy of your entry stamp, a copy of the TM30 form, and a copy of your visa. Based on community feedback, the process at the Patong office can be quite quick, taking around 5 minutes.
