Hello Everyone,

I need some advice. My three friends and I applied for a Thai visa at the Thai Embassy in London. One of us has received their visa, but the rest of our applications have been stuck in "Pending Approval" status for about a month.

We’ve emailed visa.lon@mfa.go.th but haven’t received any response. We’ve also tried calling the embassy, but no one is answering.

We are scheduled to fly next week. Does anyone have any advice on what we can do?

For soft activities do you just need the 500,000 in bank? How long must you enroll in a class for? And when renewing do you not need to be in a class?

I have been to thailand 10 times in last 22 months . I usually stay a month and leave then come back after a month or so. I always worry next time immigration will ask me too many questions or stop me. How many times can a person fly in and use visa exempt stamp

Which dentist provide DTV documents

While waiting for the visa processing, can we go back to Thailand ? Once we get the visa than come back to Vietnam to print and go back to Thailand ? Will my visa get cancelled? Because I’ve been staying here for 2 weeks now.

Just submitted my application online in the US, all it asked for was my employment contract and one bank statement, and identity documents, including proof of living here. I had a bunch of other documents to submit, but there was not an option to submit additional documents online. It now says pending. Is there a way I can submit other documents, or I just need to wait? Just read another post where the person was denied without explanation or a chance to supplement and I don’t want to get denied, without the chance to submit all the extra material I had. Any suggestions? 

If I rent a condo for a year.

1) I enter Thailand with my DTV multiples times over the year does my landlord have to submit a new TM30 every time I leave & come back ?

2) I travel around in Thailand and stay at various Hotel. They will submit a new TM30 at every stay does it invalidate the one my landlord made on my arrival ? Do I need to request a new one when my travel is done ?

I have a Thai partner with her own farm. Is it legal for me to work on the farm, say in harvest season?

I suspect it isn’t as I would need a work
