I'm on a Non B (with work permit) and my son is on a Non O dependent visa. We both have British passports.

Visa expires end of April and we are heading back to the UK within 60 days of that (tickets booked already). I'll be cancelling my work permit and coming back in on visa exempt.

We are in Phuket so considering heading to Ranong. I'm trying to find out what we will need to show upon re-entering Thailand?

While waiting for the visa processing, can we go back to Thailand ? Once we get the visa than come back to Vietnam to print and go back to Thailand ? Will my visa get cancelled? Because I’ve been staying here for 2 weeks now.

Do you need to ask your agent to do TM30 if you were there for a while already but you left Thailand and come back again recently?

I applied for the DTV at the beginning of the month, but gathering all the required documents took longer than expected. Now that everything has been submitted, I’m concerned that, with my flight coming up soon, I might not hear back until I’m already in Thailand. If my DTV gets approved while I'm in Thailand, what would be the best course of action? Should I leave and re-enter on the DTV, or is there another recommended option? Thanks for your advice!

Good morning.

I have renewed my passport while in Thailand in march this year. Elite visa and arrival stamps have been transferred into the new passport.

I'm leaving Thailand for the first time with the new passport, flying from BKK.

Any chance an IO wants to see the old passport as well when I leave next week and when I come back next month ?

Got an email with my DTV this morning. Unfortunately it look 1 month. Not 15 days. I would have made it applying 20 days in advance, but they had questions. I arrived in Thailand a few days ago on a 60 day VOA. It looks like I can leave Thailand at the end of the VOA and fly to another country like Cambodia then re enter on the visa, or will they give me trouble because I am not actually arriving from the USA?

Hey everyone,

Needing some advice. I am currently in Thailand on a VOA. My exit date is 2/2/2023. I have a flight to Cambodia on 2/2/2023 via Phuket to BKK at 11:55pm lol - layover in BKK for 5 hours and flying to Phnom Penh at 7am on the 3rd. Will this give me some trouble coming back into Thailand as I technically won’t be out of Thailand until the 3rd. I don’t want to have to pay for an extension for 24 hours. Any advice on what I should do? Should I rebook my flights?

Thank you

2 travellers, 1 Irish passport 1 British. If we enter with a VOA, then travel to Cambodia for a month can we re enter and get a 60 day tourist visa ? If so is it better to book to go to Cambodia in advance or wait until we are in Thailand ?TIA

Hi there. I'm doing a border bounce at the Aranyaprathet (Thailand) / Poi Pet (Cambodia) border. I've already entered Cambodia (with a visa) and I'm staying in Poi Pet tonight. Will I be allowed to re-enter Thailand tomorrow at the same border? If so, will I need to pay 'extra', and how much might that be? If not, can anyone tell me how long I need to wait before re-entering, or alternatively recommend a better border to enter on? Thanks.

Hello, im on ed visa (not fake study, learning thai and already speaking some) and three months left. After that i want to go to few countries (vietnam, laos, philippines etc) and after 3-6 months i would like to come back to Thailand and make my second ed visa, couse i still want to master my thai. Did anyone have done similar thing? Would Thai immigration make some problems, or everything should be fine?
