TLDR : Answer Summary
You can extend your 3-month Non-B Visa by obtaining the necessary documents from your employer and applying for a 1-year extension based on your employment in Thailand.

Yes. You get the documents from your employer and apply for the 1-year extension based on working in Thailand.

Thanks Brandon.

Is there any other ways also except the work permit from employer.

As I'm just coming as a business tourist by invitation from the company.

the only way you get an extension is with paperwork from the employer who applied for your work permit.

you would have to leave Thailand to get an ED visa because you cannot go from non-B to ED
