Hello everyone. I am looking at getting a 6 month, multi entry, travel visa. Travelling from the UK. What are the best ways to stretch this out, and any advice on anything related. Thanks in advance. šŸ™

Hi Guys I entered on DTV last month.

I am already staying in Thailand for 1 month and going to extend my vacation for more 2 months. I heard we have to do reporting if we are staying more than 90 days.

Let me know if I have to do 90 days reporting and whats the process? šŸ™

The embassy is asking me for documents about my client for the DTV workcation (I freelance for them). As I donā€™t think Iā€™ll get the documents, Iā€™m wondering if I can switch the application to soft power as Iā€™m planing to study thai anyway.

Have anyone ever been in that situation (switching the scope of a DTV application) ?

Hi all. If it wasnā€™t for this group I wouldnā€™t be aware of some key bits of info when travelling to and staying in Thailand - many thanks to those who contribute.

The one thing thatā€™s got me is the 90 reporting process. Iā€™ve just been given the dtv visa and will travel in a few weeks but Iā€™ve never received any info telling me about any rules and processes I need to follow. Just wondering what else I might have missed.

Is anyone able to share a link that describes anything I need to be doing while using my visa?

Also interested in anyoneā€™s view on how Iā€™ve missed the 90 day reporting. Should I have been following an official site / page?

Appreciate anything you have to offer.

Any Chinese citizens get DTV in Vietnam recently? My wife (Chinese) and I (American) applied for Muy Thai DTV 12 hours apart.

Mine was granted Monday and hers still says ā€œProcessing Pending Approvalā€

Hi, I'm heading back to Thailand for the 3rd time withing 6-7 months ( unplanned as I've been invited to a wedding).... I'll get visa exemption.... Is it ok to book a onward ticket to Malaysia (KL) ? Or do the neighbouring country rules apply for visa exemption too?? ..... Just don't want extra hassle with me being in and out a few times already.

Thanks!

Hi, I went to the immigration office in Bangkok to extend my stay for another 30 days to finish my internship. I have a Non-B visa, and they told me I need to bring a "certificate and request for extension of stay from the embassy". I spoke with the embassy, and they said they don't issue that and no one has ever asked them for it. Did anyone encounter this or know what to do?
