my wife is Thai she needed one for the uk spouse visa, she contacted police headquarters in Bangkok somewhere, they issued one, I have just got my retirement visa, 2 weeks ago I was not asked for a criminal record check, Thai embassy London

Can I obtain a 90-day O visa for marriage or retirement while on a tourist visa in Thailand?

You can do it but immigration told me it’s easier if you do it from abroad, so I need 800.00bht in the Thai bank account I have, that needs to o be there for 2 months before you apply and then for a further 3 months. I was approved for my non-o in the uk

It did when I applied for my wife non refundable if unsuccessful. Don’t forget about the NHS surcharge as well that’s a lot of money
