Ok means if I check in 11:59pm and check out 12:59am

They still need to register me for that hour?

But they do have time to do so 23 hours 59 minutes. Even after I left already.

Yes I know. But I just understood if aguest stays less than 24 hour it is not required to report to immigration.

So I assumed a hotel will not to anything if you stay less than 24 hours

Well you can apply for indian citizenship. Maybe they grant it and you can enter Thailand with visa on arrival with your indian passport.

Now 30 days and next year probably 15 days again.
