Does this mean when I leave the country every 4-6 weeks for a weekend vacation, I never have to do 90 day reporting? (eg being on a 1yr retirement extension).

, unfortunately not. Difficult to say how many people they allow per day. I was number 50 and when I left, there where still people queuing and allowed to enter the building.

, stayed in Thailand last winter for 6 months on TR visa + 2 covid extensions, then went back to Europe for a couple of months. Since Oct I'm back in Thailand on TR visas (the one I just got is my 2nd one, so yes - it's coming off of another TR visa).

. I just checked for Bangkok immigration, they require 15 days. Are these 15 calendar days or 15 government office working days?

, I've checked the page and can't find any type of METV. There is just the normal single entry TV and the STV (also single entry). Did I overlook something here?

for clarification. I tried to get a visa at least 3 times between 2015 and 2019 and had always been sent to the embassy in my home country (Europe). But all of these visas were TR (single or multi entry).

You might also check with the Thai embassy in Singapore if they issue any type of visa to non residents. Before Covid the Thai embassy in Singapore issued visas for Singapore residents only - but not for tourists currently in Singapore.

, fully understood. I always look at the bright side of life and appreciate every single day in this paradise - and that's why it hurts so much to give away 17 days in Thailand ☀. But who knows what happens, maybe the extensions continue even after March.
