married in 1974 to a Thai my wife bought her first land around 1998 and the Land Office was not allowing the transfer so we formed a company. Next land acquired in 2003 no problem. From memory so Labd Office implementation the new policies quicker and som4 fought it,

It is only since the Ministry of Interior regulation (Letter Mor. Thor 0710/Wor. 792 dated March 23, 1999) that a Thai national married to a foreigner is allowed to legally acquire land and following the prescribed procedure is allowed to register ownership of land.

I was not commenting on today's Hua Hin Immagration polices I was pointing out polices they have changed over time and especially when they get a new boss. My opinion its best to always check about 60 to 90 days out what the polices are now.

Hua Hin over my 20 plus years Hua Hin has allowed 45 days and others times said 30 days.
