Our landlord is a dentist and we can’t expect him to go to immigration every time we want to travel out of country. As long as he gives us the necessary stuff beforehand like his identity card and house book that’s good enough for us

One more question; is there any reason not to leave the last 90 day report in the passport instead of ripping it out when you fly out? Seems less likely to get lost that way
In Chiang Mai you’d have your TM30 stapled to your passport along with entry card, visa, re entry permit and extension of stay stamp and that will match their records (hopefully). So for once I’d say there may actually be some purpose in the idiot TM30 that only CM expats worry about
