My wife and I are returning to Don Muang  from Australia tomorrow after 10 days. Have re entry permits and non O extension based on retirement valid til Oct 4th. Can anyone please verify if T8 is or is not required coming from “non high risk” nations? Passport is USA. Thanks to all.

Don't be bothered., If you need, Air crews provide the form in airplane along with your new TM6.
