I did the the quarantine one year ago; the advice to don't open is according the government rules; one day, on the beginning of the authorities inspection, the ASQ Hotel management has advised all customers by Line to check the room windows, to be sure they were properly shut.

To spend two weeks in a ASQ Hotel isn't easy, but in the life we meet harder challenges.

On the end of 2020 I've booked the ASQ Hotel through Agoda; due to documents delay to back at home in Thailand, I've tried to postpone my ASQ Hotel booking, but it wasn't possible, only to cancel was allowed.

I've contacted directly that Hotel and the problem was easily solved.

It was the same with the flight booking through Volagratis, I have lost the money, but going directly to the Airlines website it was easy and possible to postpone my booking.

I'm living in Thailand; I went back to my home last January, after three months in Italy, doing two weeks of quarantine on arrival; it was expensive, but I didn't have other choice.

, yes I know; I've opened last year at Sam Phran, because it's the nearest to my home, living in the Krathum Baen district, Samut Sakhon province; they have called a couple of time an office in Bangkok, as I knew by my wife, because they didn't know how to open an account for a farang.

, it's what Bangkok Bank asked me opening my account; I didn't ask the reason why, because it was useless, it's as per theirprocedures.

When I've registered my new passport, last February, they didn't ask the authentication again.
