I dont have visa extension i have only multiple entry non-o visa. No extension of that visa

Well thanks for yout wonderful input. Having two passports at the same is actually beneficial and until now I never had a problem.

If I would flown into Laos I could enter with the new passport. Just land borders have this rule and I was not aware of it.

both of my passports are valid. Just one of them is running out of pages but I can still use it until it expires in 8 years

I can have 2 passport with different numbers at the same time. My country allow me to do this and I did like this in the past in Europe. I used one passport to apply visas and other one to travel out of EU

did you use Thai bank account statements or overseas bank statements ? Thinking of going next week but my Thai bank account for the last 6 months was under 400k. On the other side my EU bank account is over 400k for sure.

did you use Thai bank account or overseas one ? Someone reported yesterday that they used Thai one and it was accepted without the 3 months requirement

Yup, I saw a month ago at the immigration counter that on the computer screen they have two photos next to each other (scanned passport one and the one that they take when you stand there). Then there was a % bar which shows how similiar these photos are. So they definitely check your face :)
