mentioned you need to go to National Immigration Agency (2 locations in Taipei). Easy to get but some people in other group complained about the waiting time being too long (4 hours).
Btw What documents did you provide to the embassy when applying ? Thanks a for the answer.
Congrats Mat for getting DTV 😊 by certificate of residence you mean the the one from National Immigration Agency in Taiwan ?
Did you provide any accommodation proof (rental agreement, hotel booking) for your stay in Thailand ?
Btw, did you certified any of your papers by your embassy ? I saw that KL embassy ask for work contract certified by applicant’s embassy. Wonder if Taipei wants the same.
Im going to Taipei in 2 weeks so Im preparing all the documents now and want them to be correct 😊
Thanks for the info. Just to make it super clear for me. Important is final balance right ? I can provide 6 months of statements with matching payment slips but I just deposited 500 k last month. If they need 500k every month for the last 6 months then Im screwed 🙃
It seems now that after the new e-visa system they ask foreigners to go to NIA to obtain certificate. Let us know how it went. I found this info online. Maybe it will help 🙂
