ORIGINAL POSTER
Hey!

I applied for a DTV (workation) from Taiwan. I got a follow up email, asking for a Certificate of entry and exit date From National Immigration Agency.

I uploaded the stamp on my passport as evident but I guess it's not enough.

Any idea as to what they want me to add?

Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user applied for a DTV (workation) visa from Taiwan but was requested to provide a Certificate of Entry and Exit from the National Immigration Agency after submitting a passport stamp as evidence. Comments suggest that this certificate must be obtained in person from the National Immigration Agency, with advice to check the Thai Embassy's requirements beforehand. It's noted that some visa applicants may experience long waiting times, and it's recommended to compile supporting documents like entry stamps and hotel receipts.

An advise to anyone who plan for to apply for a visa is:

- Do BASIC research before submitting your application.

That includes reading all information provided by the Thai Embassy in the country where you're going to apply.

In this case, the Thai Embassy in Taipei clearly states that a "Certificate of Entry and Exit dates from National Immigration Agency" is a required document needed to apply. It should (could) have been submitted in the initial application.

Putra Yes under 3... (I would personally make a pdf-file including that certificate, a photo of the entry stamp in the passport and a hotel reciept, even though the cerificate on it's own is likely enough).

As
@Andi **********
mentioned you need to go to National Immigration Agency (2 locations in Taipei). Easy to get but some people in other group complained about the waiting time being too long (4 hours).

Btw What documents did you provide to the embassy when applying ? Thanks a for the answer.

You need to go the Immigration office and get a certificate of entry/departure it costs 100 TWD. With in person applicants in Taiwan it was not needed but with online applicants they added this requirement,

Even if you apply online you need to actually be in Taiwan to apply there... you need to visit the National Immigration Agency to get this certificate and submit it to the embassy as requested (this is to prove that you are IN the country where you apply).

Putra doesn't have to be right after you arrive in Taiwan... It should be done shortly before you're going to submit your application. It can be done some hours or some days before (not a month before since it's only valid 1 month).

That's not what they asked you. You do need to give them what they asked. Visit any Immigration office, get the record, and upload it.
