What are the requirements for obtaining a DTV (workcation-employee) visa for remote work in Thailand from Slovakia or Czech Republic?

Hello,

is here anybody who already received DTV (workcation-employee) from Slovakia or Czech republic?

I would like to ask closer information about letter from employer.

My employer think, if he will sing it for me, that he allows me to work remotely from Thailand, he needs to open branch office in Thailand (nowhere found information about that, but he wants to have proof).

So please, anybody from Slovakia or Czech republic, leave comment or send me message, thanks :)
