Hello everyone :)

Any new DTV reports from Taipei after the new e-visa system ? Im going to apply for DTV based on workcation soon and Im deciding between Jakarta, Hanoi or Taipei. 

I liked that Taipei was the fastest in the past.

Taipei told me they will give online approval within 2 days providing documentation is sufficient. Further requests can delay approval to 5-10 days. If you apply online inc 6 months of bank statements with a final balance of 500K THB and income highlighted plus matching paylsips/invoices to the deposits. Submit company registration info.

oh yeah, good point...need a cert of entry and departure..I'm so glad I did walk in, I had a feeling Taipei would be xtra difficult online.

Thanks for the info. Just to make it super clear for me. Important is final balance right ? I can provide 6 months of statements with matching payment slips but I just deposited 500 k last month. If they need 500k every month for the last 6 months then Im screwed 🙃

You Will need to go to immigration and get a cert of entry and departure, Greg has posted the link you must read. If you not in Taipei, Vietnam or Jakarta are easier to get approved

You are ok with a final balance of 500K, it is not needed for every month in Taipei. I only had a final balance of 500K but had 6 months of statements. That is great you have matching pay slips as they are a strict on matching income with bank deposits.
