Q: What age should my kids start doing 90 day reporting?

ANSWER: If your children live with you and you already do 90 Day reporting yourself, then there is no need for your children to do so too. However, by the time they reach the age of 15, they should start doing 90 Day Reporting themselves. If you child is over 15, there could be a fine of 2,000 Baht. If you are in doubt, please contact Immigration officer.

really? When I did my first Visa run in 2016 I fly out in the morning from HKT to KL and arrive in the afternoon at BKK. No problems …

Leave the country and re-enter. Last time, I flew from BKK to KL at 8 a.m., had breakfast at McDonald's in the airport, and was back at my desk by 4 p.m.

What about tax for income from overseas for remote worker who stay longer than 183 per year inside the country?

What about tax and social security for employed remote worker who stay more than 183 days per year? Tax exemption like the LTR for income from overseas or is it the new tax rule from January 2024?
