I had root canal work done at Mahidol University in Bangkok. It is a Dental school/Teaching university . It took a bit of time to be clerked /ID card made .The treatment was professional and painless . MY wife is Thai so there was no language barrier . The cost was very reasonable . Go for it -Dental pain is not fun in any time /place .Good Luck.

I have flown with Qatar airlines -I liked Doha airport /Flight staff . My only negative was the time keeping was not as good as Emirates . Tomorrow Boris is going to make an announcement about Covid restrictions .So stay tuned ?Have a smooth /enjoyable trip.

The first time I sent money to Thailand I was wrongly told that I needed an IBAN number . I went on the phone and found out the correct method . I guess they /Me learnt something .If I recall correctly you need an IBAN number for transfers within the EU ?

There was one in 2019 (when I last came back to Thailand with my wife). Of course Covid might have changed that . I know that they did a good job on my partners case.

I married my Thai wife in Thailand /Got it legalized in the Amphur . I want to live in UK /Thailand -Will it be an easy task (Not withstanding the air fares ..She is presently on UK Visa in the UK for 33 months .Any advice would be good.😃

Their approach seems akin to a Dutch auction ? I usually use Emirates or Qatar Airlines . The only trouble I usually endure is logging into Emirates /Netflights booking process . I would tell Etihad politely where to shove the Auction idea ... .Good luck with the journey.😃

Thailand since 2019 - But I miss the simple things -Like an ice cold Singha beer/Good street food .So here is hoping .......

I use them every time . I also study the rate before I leave the uk .

I usually take 100sterling in Bahts to cover Taxi/Toll fee,s /First few days in Thailand . I use Superrich for the best rate .Word of warning -You must always offer clean /Unmarked notes ( or the bank /Superrich will just refuse them . You can check the Superrich rate on the internet ( You will be surprised at how much better it is than UK Bureau de Change!) Good luck .😄

Most Thai people work 6 days a week -I think some Govt workers have the luxury of a 5 day week.😄
