I did it yesterday, copies were not needed. But
@Den ***
be ready to spend half of the day there, 90-days report section (A) is overcrowded with people, I arrived at 10.00am and there was over 200 people before me. I left the building after 3pm.

The online application window starts 15 days before, so I could do it since March 23rd. All data the same for 4 years already 🙂 Like others said, it might be the inconsistency between 90-days system and the entry in new TM.30 system (may need to file it again).

If they really synchronized data between TM.30 and 90-day (TM.47) systems, then they have address from TM.30

This information about synchronising data from TM.30 and TM.47 systems made me think about one thing. The hotels in Thailand file a TM.30 for us even if we have a permanent address here (i.e. rent a condo). Could this be a reason for this mismatch? (I stayed in a hotel for 2 nights last weekend) I remember there was a concept of filling in TM.30 (or was it TM.28?) everytime in such situation (when staying in Thai hotels or returning from abroad) like 5-6 years ago when they started being strict about TM.30, but they later scrapped it...

Thank you very much, I'll try again today. Yes, I have the same address in TM.30 and TM.47, however I wasn't aware, that they synchronized the systems 🙂

@Bill *******
Exactly, I do the same - always precisely point at the re-entry permit in my passport

They will have your documentation ready for you to sign collection of extension stamp. Therefore I doubt that they would have it at hand before. And if you don't show up on given date, you are officially on overstay.
