My online 90-day application was rejected for no apparent reason (I have successfully applied many times before and know all the rules). I read here that sometimes the rejection email contains an explanation of the reason. Mine doesn't, but there is a message saying "Please contact the nearest immigration office in person immediately". I just wanted to ask if this is a standard message in such an email, or if I should go there as soon as possible. My 90-day deadline is 6th April. Or maybe try to re-apply online again?

Can anyone pls tell me what is the exact time procedure for doing the 90-day online reports in Thailand? It always used to be you could do it online from 7 days BEFORE the official date stamped and up to 7 days AFTER that date but the latter had to be done in person. But now 2 people have told me that it can’t be done online within 7 days of the date stamped. It can only be done online from 8-14 days BEFORE the official date stamped. After that, it must be done in person. Can anyone shed light on this pls? TIA.

Quick note - Recently came back to Thailand and thought I had to do the 90 day report in person, but I was able to do it online (~ 7 days before due) successfully. So perhaps might be a good idea to attempt the online reporting first, before paying a trip to the local immigration office. The online reporting is also more streamlined now.

Hi, I have made the 90 days notification and it has been pending for a week. Once it is 7 days after the due date and still pending, does that mean I have to make the trip to the immigration office? Thanks in advance for all advice.

I have an under consideration stamp until October 7. I understand I need to close this loop. Do I return to the temporary immigration office or CW for this? Also, do I need to book an appointment online? Originally, they said I did, but I’m looking at it right now and there is no option for under consideration. The ‘objective/counter’ options have changed. Counter K is no longer listed.
