@Robert ******
do you always write your re-entry permit number as the visa number on the arrival card when re-entering Thailand ?
Tom *********
If your Thai wife is the mother of your daughter she can get her a Thai passport when they get to Thailand
Tom *********
Might want to change you Facebook profile about living in Phuket

They might think you are not actually a tourist

A visa does not and cannot be cancelled

An Extension of Stay can and should be cancelled at the immigration office
Tom *********
The visa is used

The expiration date of the visa has nothing to do with the re entry permit

The re entry permit allows you to keep your admitted to stamp alive and receive that same date when you return to Thailand

I am probably mistaken then I definitely have the one with the flowers and another one that we update every year before we apply for the extension

I was told by my wife that when we registered our marriage here we got married in Thailand too
Tom *********
Yes exactly and also the one with the flowers around the borders

I got that green and red round stamp at the Thai Consulate in Los Angeles after I had the marriage license first authenticated from the US state department and then translated into Thai

Took all of that to the local amphur in Prachinburi and registered our marriage in Thailand

Immigration then wanted all of that including our US marriage certificate when we applied for my one year extension based on marriage

I’ve provide every page that is NOT blank two times for extension of stay based on marriage with no issues and don’t forget the TM30 and TM6 that should be stapled in your passport
