ORIGINAL POSTER
I received my first one year extension based on marriage last year I used the banked money but it was a joint account and we had more than double the 400000 baht and immigration accepted it

3 months ago I opened another account in my name only with 500000 baht transfered from the joint account

I will apply next month for my second extension based on marriage using the new account in my name

This should be okay right ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual successfully obtained a one-year marriage extension using a joint account with sufficient funds. They plan to apply for a second extension using a newly opened personal account that meets the financial criteria. This approach should be acceptable as long as the new account contains the required funds.
