What Are the New Requirements for Reporting 90-Day Stay at Prachinburi Immigration?

I went to Prachinburi Immigration Office today for my 90 day report (one year extension based on marriage)and they now require that you fill out a TM47 when doing so

Never had to before just hand them your passport and they took out the old slip and put in a new one
