I have a 90 day non immigrant visa with multiple entry’s.I am going to Cambodia for my third visa run.It is about two weeks before my admitted to stamp expires

My visa was issued on August 11 2017 and says enter before August 10 2018

My question is my new admitted to stamp should be until August 14 2018 can I do one more visa run on my current visa? I entered the country on September 15 2017

TLDR : Answer Summary
The poster inquired about their ability to perform one more visa run on their current 90-day non-immigrant visa, given the impending expiry of their admitted to stamp. Comments clarified that they could indeed complete a visa run before their August 10, 2018 expiry, allowing for a final 90-day stamp. It's noted that one can enter Thailand multiple times before the visa expiry date. Suggestions also included extending the visa for a year based on building ties in Thailand.

I didn't mean for that to sound so confusing, sorry about that. :/ It's not nearly as complicated as it reads :)

No problem I think I understand

Just to make sure If my next admitted to stamp is until August 14 and I go apply for the one year extension on August 12 they will give me a 30 day stamp so they can approve and process the extension ?

Personally I would WRING all the time you can out of this visa.

Then when you have 30 days or less left on either your last 90 day entry (the one you do just before the 10th of August) OR that extra 60 day extension I recommended you then apply for the yearly extension. Don't worry about the visa being expired on August 10th, you are not IN the country on the visa, you're in the country on your "admitted until" stamp FROM the visa. It doesn't matter that the last 90 day stamp you get will be good until after the visa expires.

Once you apply for the yearly extension it will go under consideration for 30 days and they'll give you a 30 day stamp for it. Then you go back after that 30 days and you get the yearly extension inked into your passport

Tom Elliott, most people on that visa get 17 months of stay out of it :O

They do this by border bouncing the last time just before the "enter before" date on the VISA getting them the final 90 days taking them to 15 months.

Then extend it for 60 days at the immigration office based on visiting family for 1900baht <- that extension requires NO proof of finances either ;)

Tod do you know if I have to do the one year extension of my current visa before August 10 ? From what I have read it can take a couple of weeks for approval because they have to send it to Bangkok for approval so I would probably have to start the process last week of July. I can make the money get here anytime but the exchange rate is on the rise. I would have to bring the money here last week of May for the two month requirement

I plan on living in Thailand my Thai wife and I are building a house. I am going to extend this visa for one year at a time because the requirements seem to be a lot less than a retirement visa. I just am not sure if I will have the required money in the Thai bank in time for the required two months to apply for the one year extension so an extra 90 days would be nice

You can enter as many times as you like up until August 10 2018 and you will be stamped in for 90 days.

So if you're gonna run in say May 20 you'd get stamped in for 90 days or until Aug 17th (there about)

You would have to make sure your last border bounce was BEFORE the 10th of August so you would get a final 90 day stamp.
