Hi everyone! My thai wife is going to Thailand with my dauthter soon, they will stay 2 months in the country. My 6 months old daughter will enter Thailand with french passport and I heard that baby under 14 months won’t get any any overstay troubles as they are following parents. Can anyone confirm that? I could do visa but that’s very boring as we are not living in Paris. Thanks for your time.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquiring about their 6-month-old daughter's immigration status while entering Thailand with a French passport received confirmation that children under 15 years old are not fined for overstays. It's recommended to ensure that the child's Thai citizenship can be applied for upon entry.
, After she enter Thailand with French passport, she can apply for extension as being Thai citizen for free, can't she? Hopefully much less trouble at least totally legal if she can.
