What travel insurance do I need for a Special Tourist Visa to Thailand, especially regarding COVID coverage?

COVID is covered over 100,000 USD.

Inpatient/outpatient unlimited.

However, quarantine is not covered.

There's no mention that the insurance company must be Thai. Would also be a surprising precedent 🤔
