A non o only allows 90 days which is why it’s stamped in his passport.

He has a 12 month non o multiple entry visa which last 12 months for him to return on, but each time he needs to leave and renter after 90 days.

Basically it saves him having to apply for a new visa every 3 month.

Yes you can apply to extend one time at immigration but due to the situation they are not being extended.

No cannot extension a

Non o visa.

He has to leave, same he knows this as he just stated.

They are not extending visas now, 26th September everyone out.

You will need to leave and apply to have your visa extended at the Thai embassy of your country.

You will then need to apply for a COE and book on a repatriation flight and quarantine for 14 days in a ASQ hotel.

You will need your marriage certificate for the COE.

Where were you born?

If you was born in Australia you mother should have registered you with the Thai embassy in Australia.

Talk to the embassy they will advise you.

Oh and by the way, for your information, the post as been edited after I made my original comment.

The guy had said previously that he had just attended at the immigration office, and now he’s just changed the whole question.

And if you think asking a question off an advice group is more sensible than asking at immigration that you have just attended then you need to ask yourself why you just made such a dumb comment!

If you are the father of a Thai national you are allowed into Thailand.

Book on the repatriation flight with the embassy first,

Then book ASQ hotel.

You will need to send them your passport when applying for the Visa and also copy of insurance

and your kids birth certificates which must have your name on.

This is for your COE as they need flight details and ASQ to print on the COE.

You will then need a fit to fly certificate and covid test 72 hours before flight to show at the airport.

The next flight availability for September will be posted online mid August so register on line for notification from the embassy.

Also if your children are not with you, you do know it’s an offense to have your children’s passports?

The passports are the property of the Thai government and should not be with you without your children.

Do not, I repeat do not show your kids passports to the Thai embassy they will notify immigration in Thailand and you could possibly have a greeting party waiting for you.

This is serious because you will be questioned about child smuggling and you will have no defense because you have no reason to have thai national passports on you.
