My Non B extension of stay will expire on 14 Nov. when should i go to immigration to switch ? is there any specific time? how about 400000 baht, when do i need to have in my bank account? also i want to continue my work permit that is going to expire next year May 2021. do i need to explain to immigration why i need to continue by work permit.
thank you in advance
TLDR : Answer Summary
To switch from a Non-B extension to a Non-O marriage visa in Thailand, you should visit the immigration office up to two weeks before your current extension expires on November 14. You will need to have 400,000 baht in a Thai bank account in your name for at least two months prior to applying for the extension. You do not need to explain your work permit situation to immigration, as it is handled by a different ministry.
