I have a wifi system from Arlo. The cameras can operate on the rechargeable battery inside the camera or you can hard wire the camera also. The system is very good but it’s more expensive than the Chinese products on the market. You get what you pay for.

In Pattaya the letter is valid for 3 business days. But the bank book has to be updated the same day you apply.

My advice is get a Visa agent for the first time. Sure you can do your self for a lot less money. But in the long run. The Vusa agency makes everything happen

if both of you are Non Thai you will need two separate accounts each with 800,000

Get a Thai bank account. Then call your Canadian Bank with all the details for the transfer and have your bank in Canada send the funds. I have done this with CIBC and the money was in my Thai bank the next day

There’s a difference Permit is not a license. And if you have an IDP you still have to carry you License from your country.
