Sorry if this question has been asked and answered, guys. Here on an O-A that expires today, but am stamped in until late October. If a “travel bubble” opens up allowing runs/bounces before 31 July, would the amnesty cover my situation, allowing me to bounce and be stamped back in for another year?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the potential to extend their O-A visa, which expires today, if a travel bubble opens up before July 31. Community comments indicate that although the visa is valid only until today, the user can remain in Thailand until the stamped date in October. However, they would need to apply for a year extension in October and a reentry permit if they plan to leave and return before then.

Regarding travel bubble you have to wait for final a announcement - e g if it is with China would it be only for Chinese people or also for other nationalities who are coming in from China - not sure If that is clear and even with travel bubble they seem to limit the total number of people coming in
Sounds like you are good to stay here until your stamped date. You would have to get a year extension in October, if you want to stay. You would have to get a reentry permit if you want to leave, and then return to Thailand between now and then.
Yeah, that’s my plan. I was just curious about the amnesty working with my visa for a bounce. That would be preferable, if possible. But it seems likes it’s not.
You won't get another 12 month entry stamp on your visa. You're safe until October, so sit back and see what unfolds in the next couple of months. At this point, nobody knows.
