certainly in the UK they also have a limit BUT if the xray spots a pile of cash and you not have a bank receipt to show you withdrawn it you get held for questioning, suspect money laudering

Yes if you are wanting to learn a language and go to school they are situated in different cities, need to sign up where you want to stay.

Or as suggested go fir DTV visa, they have more choice
