Is the amount of day open to interpretation? Weekends/closed days? Or its some fixed procedure. When I extend my visa, can I just ask to talk about it?

, does it make sense to hurry right now to the border (because immigration is closed now), it will mean 1 less day overstay, or when applying for a new visa in the future there is not a big difference when they see 2 or 3 day overstay?
