Will I be fined for my extension in BKK if my hotel cannot use the online system for address registration?
So hotels are saying they cannot use the online system to send the address. Am I going to get fined when I do my extension in BKK?

you bring your hotel receipt and they send you over to counter B so you can self file a TM30 for the hotel you're staying at Steve *******

No. You might just be instructed to go self file your TM30 in the same building. Bring a copy of your hotel booking, and allow yourself some extra hour(s) in case you are asked to file it.
