TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 reporting from hotels is effective until your last day of stay at that hotel. If you apply for a visa extension, using the address of a hotel where you stayed weeks ago might raise questions, especially if you have not been residing there continuously. It’s advised to ensure that your residency information is up-to-date and accurate to avoid complications with your visa extension application.

As the others said, won't be an issue, the tm6 on you filled out is fine, I have been here for 4 years and have never needed to get a tm30 reported on my behalf, also no issues with extensions, just keep that white arrival card, well actually that gets filed, so keep the departure card

Mint KW Thanks. When I arrived on visa exempt I got my departure card, that one i will take with me. (arrival part they take away right?)
Best to fill in my currenct address (it is not registered)
Or the hotel-addess i last registered on? Or those addresses doesnt even matter?

Wife had to update it before i collected it or no extension.
. True. I nearly got denied a non O spouse extension because my wife "forgot" to update a tm30..

Honestly it should be fine, immigration is more after people on retirement/marriage visas who forget to report correct address

Ok, thanks! The address on my arrival card is different (because I thought I would be staying there, but they didnt have place) then the Hotel I stayed at, is that still ok? Best to fill in the hotel I stayed at 2 weeks ago?
