It doesn’t really matter where you are right now as some embassies simply won’t accept applications from non-residents. Laos is easy enough it seems. Does your home countries Thai Embassy accept eVisa applications?

I assume you mean as a non-resident in the respective country? Laos and Malaysia for sure.

The exact requirement forbank statements depends on the embassy, I would email them or check the reddit if there is experience with the Thai Embassy in SG (personally I would use KL unless you’re Singaporean or PR). Business registration and self-certification is enough, company financials are not needed. Just seal, registration and signature.

Friend of mine in Ottawa. Just the last bank statement, he transferred 20k from an investment account the day before the statement closed. No problem.

what “sources” are these? There is only one reliable source and that’s the MFA official in Chris Parkers video. Everyone else is just throwing unfounded opinions on the internet, especially foreigners.

yes, it’s a multiple entry 5 year visa. Also, let’s be honest I could never stay 6 months in a row in Thaoiland without going bonkers. I have to travel 1-2x per month to stay sane (and get some work done along the way).

Not when you leave the country and come back, you’ll get a fresh 180 day stamp. It’s also a lot cheaper and stressless than waiting around and paying any amount of cash at immigration for the extension and deal with possible document requirements nobody knows of yet.

They don’t know this. The MFA is separate from Immigration. While they could theoretically check, this is not being done.
