They have general documentation requirements for this visa application.You can refer here... One advantage is that in Vietnam, there are currently few people applying for this visa, so the embassy processes it very quickly, taking only about 1 to 3 working days.

Oh, interesting. I need to do it before October 10th when my ED visa in Thailand expires. So you have to book an apt on their website and just bring all doc's OR do you have to apply online as well?Vu ************

I made an appointment on the website and brought the documents to submit to them. To be more sure, you can email them to ask for details, they usually reply very quickly and enthusiastically.
