 really thats risky as watched this utube only yesterday by a pattaya visa agent. DTV can only be applied for outside of Thailand.

 get an agent to do starting from ฿3,500. Or you put on your walking shoes and actually go to a standalone bank branch and actually ask them for a list of their requirements to open an account. Apparently Bangkok bank may be easier than the rest.
