what should have happened and what did happen are two different things. I tried questioning the decision ans got nowhere. I was hoping that it was because of the first day back after long weekend and was busy but Vitico had the same experience the day after. hopefully other people will have a different experience

not sure how could have been translated wrong this was the form they would not accept because I had wrote multi entry on it- I had to redo form with single entry only
