My current thinking is that he book it himself. My mate is a very unworldly person from a poor background. I rescued him off the streets when I lived in Thailand 30 years back and have since helped support him and his family. He is more like family than a friend. It's not a surprise - he is aware of the plans. I am just trying to make the process easy for him. He would be flying into Don Meuang as it's close to home.

He has no passport. I was assuming an ID card would be fine for domestic flights - that would all be in Thai. And being an anxious, glass half full person, I always overthink things.

Laos is great.

I am in a 26 level building in Melbourne with 3 lifts, one of which has been broken for 5 months, while the other two have been reasonably stoic in that they have not had minor break downs at same time. One lift servicing a 28 storey building would be hell. My sympathies. I would certainly be investigating ways to break a lease.

Why do you need an actual copy of a TM30 form if you spend 30 days in Thailand as a visa exempt tourist? Or are we talking about 2 different things?

Not an answer to your question, but how is it an 'online extension' if you are extending in person at an address?

I wish I was wealthy enough to do 13 trips in and out of Thailand a year!
