TLDR : Answer Summary
To bring 90 days worth of prescription medication into Thailand, it is advised to carry a doctor's letter and the medication should be in its original packaging with prescription labels. While the legal limit is technically a 30-day supply, many travelers report no issues bringing in larger quantities, especially if the drugs are not narcotics or psychotropic. It's recommended to keep the medication in carry-on luggage rather than checked bags to prevent loss, along with being prepared to show documentation if requested. Be aware that strict regulations apply to certain medications, and it's best to consult the Thai FDA's guidelines for restricted drugs.

As a rule of the thumb, foreigners are not checked by customs, unless they behave strange. English presciption should be enough.

Strictly legally speaking your only allowed to bring a 30 day supply of prescription meds into Thailand. Personally I brought for 6 months and it went fine, but I wasn’t screened

No problem I do it every trip, 60 day visa + 30 day extension.

Put in in carry on luggage. Keep in original container. Twice to Thailand, no problem.

Make sure you bring them in the bottle/packaging they were in, with the pharmacy prescription label on it. You won't have problems. Technically you must request an authorisation from the ministry of health/FDA/narcotics control board, depending on what it is. They don't get concerned though, unless they see lots of pills in unmarked bottles/packaging

I brought 7 months supply of several meds. They wanted to see the prescription. None of the packs were open and had my name and surgery printed on them. They had to be packed in sealable plastic bags which, incidently were being handed out at lhr. I carried half in carry on and half in check in bag. No problems.
Are you kidding? Thailand is as tight as a fish's arsehole regarding pain management and anxiety/depression/sleep medication. Cambodia is a totally different matter.

Never put prescription medicine into checked bags...if they go missing you at least have your medicines..
I bring my scripts along the required meds in my carry on.
Never had problems leaving or entering.

As Garrett said. Unless it's a Narcotic or Psychotropic drug, you should have no issues.
Just put it in your case that goes in the hold of the plane. I bring medication in with no problems at all.

You probably won't even be asked for anything. Bring doctors note just in case but the chance of even being pulled over is about 1 in 1000 unless you look like a smuggler.

I brang 6 months worth during the scamdemic in 2021 . Never got asked but I did have a letter from Doc
Are they a narcotic? If not, don't worry about it. The law says you can bring in 30 days worth of medicine, but unless you're importing years worth of a medicine they won't care.
