I just said all can change, before overstay didn’t mean anything but now it does

 i dont agree, at the moment with the new rules and all we don’t know for sure, its up to the officials

Before a overstay didn’t matter but now its counting when deside if you get a visa exemption or not

 the same here, just small things on the application can mean a rejection

There are no limit to the new 60 VE

But!!!! Its up to the officer at the border if he belives your a tourist or mis using visa rules its all about previos stamps in your passport so no one knows

But if this is the first you should be ok

Can you obtain a reentry permit at the Nong Khai or Mukdahan border crossings?

No you need go imigration to get one or a multi entry

You can only get reentry if you fly out
