Stay there 08:30am. They will call by numbers, if you not there than they do not care if you turn up at 10:30am.It is not for convenience....

TR you can still apply in Yangoon, Vientiane, Savannakhet and Khota Bharu.

that is not correct. But SA need Police Clearance to apply for ED Visa.

If you try to use the extension of stay you will overstay from the day onwards the cancelled the working permit.

they give you max another 7 days after cancellation of working permit. When they cancel work permit they not need your passport, but for the voiding at Immigration they need your passport.
