Has anyone had any problems applying for second non immigrant O visa (volunteer)? From Laos, Cambodia or Vietnam? Someone I know was rejected for not having a work permit however I know this hasn’t been in issue in the past for others.

Unless I'm mistaken the thai consulates in Lao both require you have proof that you have applied for a work permit for Non-O visa based on volunteering.
