all the bird mess is happening on the side and under the tub. It would need to be disconnected and lifted up to be cleaned. Then a guard would need to be placed on the exposed side of the balcony as it's wide open.

Is this something a new tenant should really be doing...

If the online gets better, perhaps that's a step in the right direction. I've tried once last year, I try again soon.

It's their country, they can run it the way they want. I'm grateful to be afforded the privilege of retirement here.
