What should I do if I haven't received confirmation for my 90 Day Report filed online in Thailand?

Hello guys!

Regarding 90 Report Online:

My TM30 was filed with receipt on 6th, February.

My 9O Report is due by 26th, March.

From what I read here, the new system allows reporting without an initial in-person report.

I registered and filed today using the link in this group. So far, I haven't received an email confirmation yet. The status shows " no data".

Should I file TM47 online again, or give it more time? The last day is 26th and falls on a Sunday..

Alternatively, I could go in person, of course.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user filed their TM30 on February 6 and their 90 Day Report is due on March 26. They registered online but haven't received confirmation, showing a status of 'no data'. The community advises that users can file in person up to 7 days after the due date if they don't receive confirmation, and suggests checking spam folders for confirmation emails that may indicate the system has received the filing.

The initial 90 Day Report is supposed to be filed in person,

Some have reported success filing it online.

You should get an instant “90 day report” received email, stating it’s not a reply or confirmation of filing just that the system has the filing and is awaiting a human to confirm.

If you haven’t go that then check your spam settings/folders and see if it’s got blocked.

Usually takes at least a day or two to get a confirmation (or rejection). As

said. You have a fall back of 7 days after due date to file in person if you don’t get a response.

You have until 7 days after the due date to file in person.
