TLDR : Answer Summary
The Thai Postal Service is generally considered reliable for sending 20 kg boxes domestically, with many users reporting satisfactory experiences, including timely delivery and safe conditions for parcels. Alternative courier services like Kerry, J&T, and Flash have also been noted, though experiences can vary, particularly with tracking notifications for some couriers.

These are computer generated messages events that did not take place. Just something that some people might find useful if they're looking for a timely delivery for whatever reason.

Yeah. Well in this case the product was 34,000 baht. And efficiency and reliability was priority.

what is useful for whatever reason is :

1 -go ask them 2-get an answer 3-and decide

I don't see why anybody would wonder about their efficiency !! some stupid people will shop around for one or two days to see if they can find cheaper

.and get a delivery 10 km from where they are 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I wish I could say the same for Kerry. In my last two experiences their tracking notification is fairly worthless.

Notification said they tried to contact me by phone; false both times. The correct numbers in the system and on the package. I guess okay for deliveries if you have no plans there's nothing important you need to wait on.

Best not to characterize an entire company on your own very limited experience. There may be unique factors that impacted your two shipments.

I have used Kerry for dozens of shipments - every one with perfect tracking, notifications, driver contact pre-delivery and timely, damage-free delivery.

I have also had good experiences wirh the Thai post office.

if you read carefully you see I haven't done such a thing.

I received packages regularly from different businesses all the time using Kerry.

They are reliable. Also check out the many courier services, Kerry, J&T, Flash, etc, also reliable, may be a bit quicker, and might even be cheaper with the special offers they frequently run.
