and even if it’s on paper they still don’t have to, sadly. My son in Arizona went through a similar situation and his wife was in business banking, they thought they had everything covered, they didn’t, in the end it was easier to walk away. Some people are liars and have no conscience!

I don’t have any experience with Bangkok bank yet, have been thinking about trying them for monthly withdrawals from my 401k in the future. But I’ve had great luck with my small town bank account in the states and using Wise for normal transfers. Unless I’m missing something that makes Bangkok bank better I agree with you that kasikorn works great.
