We have been attending Thai classes through TLC which has been great for learning more about the language. It has 5 tones which we find the hardest part, especially with a Scottish accent ! It’s fun learning and even if we can manage to have some form of conversation, it is better than none! Best of luck to you
If you are a U.K. citizen, it’s not visa on arrival, its visa exempt for 30 days. You stand in the same queue as others going through immigration as anyone with a visa. There’s a separate section for visa on arrival but as a U.K. citizen (visa exempt for 30 days,) that’s not the section you would need to go to. You can extend when you are there if you want to by going to an immigration office and paying 1900 B
